One Adult Program

What every class covers.

KDL Combatives runs one adult program in Valparaiso, Indiana. Every class draws from three arts: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the ground, Judo for the throws and takedowns, and practical self-defense that ties both to what happens outside the gym. There is no separate Judo night or self-defense night. You show up, warm up, learn the day's technique, drill it with a partner, then put it to work.

Tuesday and Thursday evenings are with Keith Loudenber, Wednesday morning is with Keith Wilson, and Saturday morning is open mat. Read more about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and self-defense, or just pick a day. Your first class is free. Saturday is open mat; if you have never trained, start here.
